4 mint leaves + 1 sprig of mint
60 ml Havana Club white rum or Bacardi
60 ml soda
In a collins glass place sugar, lime juice and mint. Crush together with pestle or muddling stick, add rum and then add ice to the top of the glass, top with
soda and stir well to finish.
