Queensland Brides Wedding Expo: a whirlwind of inspiration, style, and unforgettable moments

Wow, what a day! Our 09 February 2025 Queensland Brides Wedding Expo was a whirlwind of inspiration, style, and unforgettable moments. Hundreds of beautiful brides, grooms, families, and friends joined us at the iconic Brisbane City Hall to experience the very best of the Queensland wedding industry—and what an experience it was!

A Grand Welcome

From the moment doors opened at 10:00 am, attendees were greeted with a breathtaking entrance design by the talented Alysia Bridger. And let’s talk about that stunning feature tree from The Blossom Tree—what a showstopper! The scene was set beautifully, complemented by the melodic sounds of the incredible Lauren Bradnam Violinist.

Aisles of Inspiration

Once inside the auditorium, wedding dreams came to life. Aisles were filled with creative exhibitor spaces, each offering something unique—from venues and photographers to celebrants, stylists, and entertainment specialists. Attendees had the chance to meet face-to-face with industry experts and gather ideas for their big day.

Candid Convos and Content Grabs

Kaitlin from Candid Convos and Taylor from Honey I Got You were on the ground, chatting with exhibitors and attendees, capturing real-time wedding planning insights. From expert advice to fun anecdotes, they provided invaluable takeaways for couples in the midst of planning their big day!

Spectacular Entertainment

At 11:00 am, Kylie from Wedding Dance Diva took the stage, wowing the crowd with a magical dance number. Her energy and talent had everyone captivated and dreaming of their own first dance moments!

The Fashion Parades – A Showstopper!

The highlight of the day? Without a doubt, the two jaw-dropping fashion parades at 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. With DJ Luxe Entertainment Co spinning the tunes (and joined by the sensational Lauren Bradnam on violin), the runway lit up with show-stopping designs from some of Queensland’s finest bridal houses and boutiques.
