We fell in love with this beautiful wedding by just looking at the photos (the emotions, the setting, the fairylights!) – then we found out that the groom actually planned the whole thing himself! Needless to say, we were very impressed. “Matt is a bit of an over-thinker and has incredible attention-to-detail, so he went through multiple plans and ideas to put together the perfect day,” says bride, Jacqui. Well done, Matt!
Meeting while they were both working in the childcare industry, the lovely couple went on to exchange vows at Grandchester’s scenic Spicers Hidden Vale. Inviting loved ones to stay the weekend to also celebrate the groom’s 30th birthday, Jacqui and Matt tied the knot in one truly touching wedding. “It was just so amazing to have so much time with our family and friends, as well as each other,” says Jacqui. “It made it feel like all the time and effort that went into the wedding wasn’t just for one afternoon, but rather for this incredible time away that we will always remember.” Sounds pretty darn wonderful to us!
