We’re busy planning an incredible day for August 2026 — stay tuned for the full agenda! To give you a taste of what’s in store, here’s a look at our February 2026 expo schedule. The format is a guide only, as each show brings fresh faces, new sessions, and exciting surprises.

Enter Brisbane City Hall via the main entrance. PLEASE NOTE: The registration desk is open for entry all day. Step through the double doors into the Main Auditorium and get set to be inspired by stylish displays from a handpicked lineup of Queensland’s best wedding vendors.

💎 VIP ATTENDEES: Collect your luxe bridal bag at the front desk. You’ll also receive a token to claim your complimentary glass of Moët at the Epicure bar inside.

Enjoy live, soulful music by Serinna and The Soulinas.

Wedding Planner vs Stylist vs Florist — what each role does, how they work together, and who you actually need for your wedding.

Be inspired to nail your first dance moves by watching a delightful dance demonstration by a couple, Emma & Nicholas.

A true highlight of the day, the Queensland Brides Fashion Parade features stunning bridal and groomswear from leading boutiques and designers:

Grab a seat in front of the stage or head up to the balcony via the main foyer stairs for a great view.
Hair & Makeup by KT Bridal Beauty | Music by Luxe Entertainment | Stage Styling by The Blossom Tree | Chairs by The Chairman QLD | Models by Tamblyn Model Management

Stick around for another twirl around the dance floor as La’Ace & Adam inspire with more moves to spark ideas for your wedding dance.

We’ve got some amazing prizes to give away! You must be in the room to win, though!

Serinna & The Soulinas return to the stage with another session of live, soulful music to wrap up the afternoon.
