It was a (kind of) chance encounter that brought these two sweethearts together. “One of Warren’s coworkers was also a teammate on my football team,” explains Emily. “She said that she worked with this nice guy and organised for him to come watch me play one night.” Obviously impressed by her sporting skills, Warren struck up a conversation with Emily after the game and the rest was history.
When it came time for the two to tie the knot, they decided to top off a beautiful church ceremony with a fabulous reception at The Brisbane Golf Club’s Tennyson’s Garden. “The venue has a tranquil garden which we used for our pre-reception gathering and an elegant room that perfectly suited our seated reception,” says Emily. Full of smiles, the newlyweds explored the manicured gardens with their bridal party for photos before joining loved ones for a night of laughter and delicious cuisine. “Our food was amazing! The staff ensured that everything was taken care of.”
A wonderful day brimming with love, Emily and Warren’s wedding was exactly what they’d hoped for. “We wanted to share our day with those who matter and enjoy every moment of it,” says Emily. Simple, perfect!
