It’s so lovely to be back in Queensland – and back at Queensland Brides. After spending the past 11 years in London, it seems very fitting that my first editor’s letter should appear in the winter edition! Catching up with people in the bridal world – both old friends and new associates – is a real pleasure, and it’s great to see the industry in such talented hands.
Some of these hands were hard at work at our beauty icons photo shoot (see the pretty results on page 58). We enlisted the help of some brilliant hair and makeup artists, and the energy in the studio was magic. Shooting the front cover was another great day, with a fab team (see below) – you can actually win an incredible $10,000 package with the cover photographers: see our competition on page 52.
