4 mocktail recipes perfect for a summer wedding

Summer is well and truly here and, if you ask us, that means now’s the perfect time to sip on something refreshing and delicious. It’s hot out there, guys!

Want to make your guests feel really welcome at your special day? Australia’s leading non-alcoholic wine brand Edenvale Wines has shared with us four fabulous wedding-ready mocktail recipes. Ideal if you’ve got children or non-drinking guests attending, these super-tasty tipples are sure to take your celebration to the next level!

What you’ll need:

  • 3 bottle of Edenvale Sauvignon Blanc
  • 8 tbsp apple essence
  • 1L sparkling apple juice
  • 3 handfuls of mint leaves, crushed
  • 4 tbsp white sugar
  • 5 green apples
  • 5 red apples
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • Ice

What to do:

  1. Slice fruit and place at the bottom of a drink dispenser.
  2. Sprinkle sugar on fruit and toss, ensuring all fruit is coated before adding mint leaves.
  3. Pour Edenvale Sauvignon Blanc, sparkling apple juice and apple essence into the dispenser and stir and top with ice before serving.

What you’ll need:

  • 3 bottles of Edenvale Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 5 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 750g pitted cherries
  • 3 lemons, sliced
  • 3 tbsp nutmeg
  • Ice

What to do:

  1. Place cherries, vanilla essence, lemon juice and sugar into a food processor and mix until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into drink dispenser and add Edenvale Cabernet Sauvignon and nutmeg, stir until combined
  3. Top with lemon slices and ice

What you’ll need:

  • 3 bottles Edenvale Sparkling wine
  • 6 cups lemonade concentrate
  • 3 cups of raspberry puree
  • 6 cups frozen raspberries
  • 3 handfuls of crushed mint

What to do:

  1. Combine the lemonade concentrate and raspberry puree in the drink dispenser
  2. Gently pour Edenvale sparkling into the liquid and slowly stir until combined
  3. Add raspberries and mint to the mixture

What you’ll need:

  • 4 bottles of Edenvale Rosé
  • ½ bottle of elderflower cordial
  • 2 honeydew melon, diced
  • ½ watermelon, diced
  • Ice

What to do:

  1. Blend half the watermelon and honeydew melon together with the elderflower cordial until smooth
  2. Pour the mixture into dispenser and empty Edenvale Rosé bottles in
  3. Add remaining fruit and ice to the dispenser before serving
