Whose responsibility is it to put up and take down the installation?

AMY: “Your florist will generally install and suspend the arrangement at the venue. If you’ve outsourced the hire of hanging ladders or lighting to another company (other than your florist), then they are responsible for the rigging when it’s all complete. Work with your florist to see who will dismantle the installation, what’s included in the hire and what is yours to keep.”

BIANCA: “Installation should always be left to the florist. This is not something that should be DIY. The florist will consider many aspects that you may miss, and you’ll be far too busy on your wedding day to be worrying about florals!” Cascading, ceiling-hung floral arrangements not only add a touch of glam to reception rooms, but they also add bursts of colour, texture and opulence. These hero pieces are replacing, or at the very least lessening, the need for elaborate table centrepieces and they are definitely the new wedding must-have.
